It is with great excitement and pride that I welcome you to East Dover Early Childhood Center, where our mission is rooted in the joy of early learning, the power of relationships, and a deep commitment to nurturing the whole child.
At East Dover, we believe that early childhood is the foundation for lifelong success. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and joyful environment where our Little Senators grow socially, emotionally, and academically. We prioritize strong routines, high-quality instruction, and the development of foundational literacy and numeracy skills to prepare our students for elementary school and beyond.
We are proud to partner closely with our colleagues at Fairview Early Childhood Center and Hartly Elementary as we work together to support Capital School District's youngest learners. Through collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence, we strive to ensure that every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated throughout their early learning journey.
Our school family extends beyond our classrooms. Families are our most important partners, and we value your voice, your involvement, and your trust. Whether reading together at home, attending a school event, or participating in leadership opportunities, your engagement plays a vital role in your child's success.
As a Leader in Me Lighthouse School, we are committed to helping students develop leadership skills, confidence, and a strong sense of community. We believe every child has unique strengths and gifts to share, and we work each day to help them discover the leader within themselves. Together, we strive to leave people, places, and things better than we found them.
