At East, we offer many programs to reach and teach the WHOLE child. One of our programs is Yoga with Miss Vaish. She comes in once a week and works with students to help them relieve some stress through Yoga.

Yoga helps students to develop body awareness, learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way, manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation, and healthy movement, build concentration, increase their confidence and positive self-image, along with many other benefits.
